End User License Agreement

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Plugin inside Framer, for personal or commercial work. On the free plan, this is limited to your free checks. With Pro, it lasts while your licence is active.

You may run checks on projects you own or are authorised to work on, use the reports and exports for yourself, your clients and your marketing, and publish shared reports.

2. Licence keys and activations

• Each Pro licence key can be active on one Framer account at a time. To move it to another account, remove the current activation in the Polar customer portal, then activate the key on the new account.
• The Plugin checks your key with Polar when you activate it and from time to time after that. Some features need an internet connection.
• Monthly and Annual licences are active for the period you have paid for. Lifetime licences are active for as long as we offer the Plugin.
• Fair use. Paid plans include unlimited checks and reports for normal use. To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, we may rate limit or temporarily block automated, scripted or abusive usage. Repeated abuse may lead to suspension of your licence.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• share, publish, sell, rent or sublicense licence keys, or activate them on more than one Framer account at a time;
• bypass or tamper with licence validation, free-check limits, rate limits or billing;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Plugin, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
• extract the Plugin’s checks, scoring rules or bundled data to build a competing product;
• remove our notices or misrepresent who made the Plugin.

4. Ownership

The Plugin, including its code, interface, checks, scoring and documentation, belongs to us. We only license it to you, we do not sell it.

Your Framer projects and content stay yours, and so do the reports and exports made from them. We claim no rights in your work, apart from hosting reports you choose to publish (see the Terms, section 7).

5. Updates

Updates released while your licence is active are included. We may change, add or remove checks and features as Framer and best practices change. If we remove a core feature that you paid for, we will give reasonable notice.

6. Term and termination

This EULA lasts until it ends. You can end it by removing the Plugin. It ends automatically if your licence expires or is cancelled, or if you breach it (for example by sharing keys). We may then deactivate your licence as described in the Terms. When it ends, you must stop using Pro features. Reports and exports you already made stay yours.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow the Terms of Service, section 5. In short: try the free checks first, as sales are final apart from duplicate or accidental charges or faults we cannot fix. Requests go to support@templatechecker.com.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Plugin is provided “as is”. Its results are automated guidance, not a guarantee of Marketplace approval. Our warranties and liability are limited as set out in the Terms of Service, sections 11 and 12, to the extent the law allows.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

10. Changes and contact
